What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order and then 5-12 business days to deliver it to you.
Some products are created on demand. In order to ensure exceptional product quality, 5 additional days are required for product conception.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Yes, please wait 3 days after your order is placed and the tracking number will be visible in your customer area.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image/video of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@floranodesign.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, simply send us a message via the contact form.

I have contacted customer service but have not yet received a reply. 

Our customer service answers your requests Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. 
Usually the response time is less than 24 hours but when we have strong requests, the delay can be up to 48 hours maximum.
