SHIPPING POLICY

At Florano Design our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live.

Our products are shipped directly from the craftsman's home to your doorstep. In order to keep a unique and impeccable quality, some of our products are also created on demand.


Products created on demand may require an additional 5 days for delivery.

Delivery times are divided into two parts:

- Processing time, order verification & quality control 24 to 48 hours

- Manufacturing and delivery: The delivery time is indicated in the checkout, it can range from 5 to 15 working days (Monday-Friday).

Covid19 Notice: Delivery times may be longer than usual due to various logistical restrictions. Please be aware that our team takes special precautions regarding the handling of your orders for your safety. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
